We try to describe products accurately, but images, specifications, weights and colours are for guidance only and may vary slightly from the goods supplied. Product availability depends on supplier stock and may change without notice.
6. Quotes and orders
A quote is an invitation to do business, not a binding offer. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for [14] days. An order placed by you is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing (for example, by email or a pro-forma invoice). We may decline any order, for example if goods are unavailable, a pricing error is found, or we cannot complete required compliance checks.

7. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless another currency is stated.
